Flow was developed for use in myofascial self-care, movement modalities, stretching exercises, yoga, and pilates, as well as to support massage and physical therapy. It also works well as a joyful, ambient soundtrack for daily activities. The music can be used as a complete one-hour cycle that builds sequentially, or as one of three 18-minute segments that will support shorter sessions. Each track is just over three minutes in length, which allows you to focus into your stretch or movement without the need to keep time.
